About Outside PMA
Established September 21, 2024, Outside PMA (Production Management Agency) is a Dallas-based LLC dedicated to advancing Christian rap music through concerts, live events, and faith-centered entertainment. Founded by Noah Lnuks, Outside PMA creates a positive space where music, culture, and ministry come together.
Outside PMA also serves as a natural extension of Outside Ministries, helping support its mission, outreach, and growing community. As Dallas continues to emerge as a strong hub for Christian rap, Outside PMA is positioned to help drive that movement forward.
With deep inner-city roots, growing brand recognition, and valuable industry relationships, Outside PMA brings together authenticity, influence, and purpose in a way that is difficult to replicate.

Outside PMA is committed to using Christian rap as a powerful tool to influence culture, reach the next generation, and provide an alternative to the messages often promoted through secular music. We believe what people listen to matters, and our mission is to use music to point hearts and minds toward Jesus Christ.
Through Christian rap concerts, events, artist promotion, and community outreach, we are working to create spaces where faith and entertainment can exist together without compromising the Gospel. Our goal is not simply to change what people listen to, but to help change what influences them.
