Outside Ministries is a Holy Spirit-led movement and base of
operations advancing the Kingdom of God through strategic discipleship, street ministry, prison outreach, mentorship, evangelism, and Kingdom-centered media. We are an army that exist to attack the works of darkness with truth, power, and the love of Jesus Christ. We make calculated Kingdom moves to destroy strongholds, rescue the lost, plant seeds of faith, and prepare souls for the imminent return of Christ.

Some of the most open hearts are found in places society often overlooks. Through our Prison Ministry, Outside Ministries brings the love, hope, and Gospel of Jesus Christ directly into correctional facilities across Texas.
Each year, we host multiple concerts and ministry events within TDCJ facilities, creating opportunities for men and women to experience worship, hear the Word of God, and encounter the transforming power of Christ. We are continually moved by the depth of faith and passion for worship we witness behind prison walls.
We believe true transformation can begin before release. By introducing men and women to Christ, encouraging spiritual growth, and planting seeds of faith, we help build stronger individuals, safer communities, and a better future—one life at a time.
Christmas Dinner Giveaway,
Loving Our Neighbors
Jesus taught us to “love thy neighbor as thyself,” and our annual Christmas Dinner Giveaway is one of the ways Outside Ministries puts that commandment into action.
Every Saturday before Christmas, we serve families throughout West Dallas by providing complete holiday dinner boxes to those in need. Outside Ministries began on September 18, 2024, and just three months later, we held our first Christmas food drive, serving more than 60 families with enough food to support them beyond Christmas Day. The following year, that number grew to more than 100 families, and this year our goal is to serve at least 150.
The need in our community is real, and each year the food is distributed within just a few hours. But this outreach is about more than providing a meal. We also take time to pray with every person and family we serve, creating opportunities to share the love of Christ and the hope of the Gospel.
From single-parent households to seniors and families facing difficult seasons, everyone is welcome. Through this ministry, we are honored to feed our neighbors, pray with our community, and help ensure that more families can gather around the table for a meaningful Christmas meal.

Outside Ministries is committed to meeting people where they are on the streets, in the community, and even behind prison walls. From free pop-up rap concerts for youth and prison ministry to weekly Bible studies, our “Bible Study for Life!!!” social media outreach, and our annual Christmas Dinner Giveaway, we find joy in serving, giving, and sharing the Gospel in practical ways.
While many ministries focus on those already connected to the church, our heart is for the one who may never walk through the doors. Outside Ministries was founded from Noah Lnuks’ desire to make a real difference in the fight against the darkness impacting our communities and youth.
In the beginning, this mission was funded entirely from his own income. Today, our growing Bible study family helps support the ministry through tithes and giving. But to reach the vision God has placed before us, we need the support of others who believe in the mission.
